CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
“Train a child in the way he should go, when he is old he will not turn from it.” Proverbs 22:6
The goal of the children’s department at Hall Street Baptist is to apply the scripture above and train our children in the ways of Jesus Christ. We use many avenues to reach this goal.
SPECIAL EVENTS: We do many special events. We have fun events but always make sure that during our fun that we are still striving to reach our goal stated above.
Kidz Praiz: K-5 graders, this is our Sunday night CSI:Owensboro (see discipleship page for more info on CSI:Owensboro) program for children. We have bible study and a time of learning songs to bring glory to Jesus.
Children’s Church: Children ages 3yrs.-1st grade start worship in the sanctuary with their families. When the singing portion of the morning worship service is over, the students are dismissed to a service designed just for meeting the needs of these students.
AWANA: AWANA is a club program. Our club has a variety of aspects; spirited game time, scripture memorization, singing, Bible and biblical modern day themed stories, and tons of FUN!!
Nursery is provided during Sunday School, Discipleship Classes, and Worship Services for bed babies through 2 years old.
